Price all taxes included - heating included
Louvie-Juzon does not apply stay taxe for 2012.
* Rental night & pack 1 night/2 days: Chistmas night & from 31/12 : +30 €.
**Rental night & pack 1 night/2 days: in july & august : no booking & extra fee of 40€ /night.

We do not provide towels.
Our rentals prices include water, gas, electricity and heating.

Only one vehicle is allowed for 1 rental. Other vehicles will on the outside parking lot.

The number of persons applied inside a rental is the maximum legal. It can not be outnumbred for security and insurance.
For your security, no smoking is permitted inside the rentals.

Insurance for rentals
You have to prepare 2 checks :
* 160 € as we give the keys. (will be given back on departure day, after material checking).
* 45 € for the cleaning also (given back only if the rental is clean on departure day). 

If everthing is fine, both these checks will be given back to you on departure art.

If you want to leave before 8 AM, we will give the checks back after 10 days, when everthing is checked in daylight.

FIDELITY RETURNS 

if you come 5 time in 12 month we will offer you your 6 th stay with us.

The stay will be offered for same length as your last stay, for the same person. It is to spend all year round except in july & august, it can not converted in money.
